  Manager overseeing the jewellery is not customer oriented at all, the young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I was buying a watch and the watch case was kind of scuffed up (had it not been a present I wouldn't of cared) so I asked if I could get a diff case, the attendant would have done it but unfortunately for me (the consumer smh) the manager was walking by and said 'that's the case it comes with'. It would not of been a big deal at all for them to use another watches case since most ppl buy for themselves and the case is just trash. I really don't see how these people make it to management positions, nevertheless I will not be visiting this store again.
