  Bought a phone took back three days later because where I live one bar of service then found a bill in my email and then the staff was dismissed which is leaving me with a 900 dollar bill. Sprint is checking it out. The phone is still active. They are stating this is not fraud.i am stuck with the bill.

  I get my phone bills printed out monthly at different locations. None of which are actually sprint owned. They always get my information and print it out for me with no problem. For some reason a woman working there refused. Saying they aren't supposed to do that. If this was an actual issue I would have been denied when I met actual store owners in the past. Absolute garbage.
